Oh did I sleep!


Poor Jane had to work all day, with minor napping sessions in between.

Since we had only eaten bananas and popcorn through out the day, we figured a real meal at the Japanese ramen place was a good idea for dinner. Great idea.








Tonight we finally made cupcakes! I had brought some coconut flour with me, expecting to thrill Jane with my wheat-free ways.
Well, she doesn't have an oven, so we had to visit Julie, who has an oven AND kittens!
We didn't mind sharing our cupcakes with her.
We even got avocados to make the frosting, but they were not ripe enough yet. But we made several batches of cupcakes so we have some to save until the avocados ripen.
And we packed some to take to our tour guide tomorrow, because we are going to Bethel!
